Week Two: Exercise

Have you seen this great video about the cure-all that is exercise?  




I am convinced.  So 30 minutes a day is the goal for me and my 3 year old (although I guess they recommend 1 hour a day for him).  

We recently tried this video together and he LOVED it.  So cold days will be spent doing this:
