Week One: Midweek Update
This "no coffee" thing isn't going so well. I've resigned myself to the fact that this may not happen while my kids are in the habit of getting up before 5 am. That said, I am now only allowed 1 cup of coffee a morning. No refills. If I want more steaming liquid in my mug, I have to switch to tea. I am already noticing an improvement with my jitters.
